Endometrial Cancers
There are a few endometrial cancer symptoms that occur in its early stages, but some symptoms are more common as this cancer becomes advanced. Irregular bleeding is the most common symptom of endometrial cancer. If you have one or more of the following symptoms with more than one to two episodes, you should see your doctor, especially if you are post-menopausal:
- Peri-menopausal bleeding or Post-menopausal bleeding
- Intra-menstrual bleeding/bleeding irregularly between periods
- Abnormal vaginal discharge or blood-tinged discharge
- Pelvic pain
- Unintentional weight loss
- Uterine Sarcomas
Symptoms of uterine sarcomas are not necessarily specific to uterine cancer but can include:
- Unusual or post-menopausal bleeding
- Pelvic pain
- Unusual discharge
- Rapid enlargement of the uterus (without pregnancy)
